DRAIN MASTER T Time controlled condensate drain trap
Why happens condensate?
Compressor inhales air from atmosphere and saturated vapor that is flowed when compress becomes water in compression process.
Condensate! What is problem?
Corrodes and contaminates compressed air piping, air tank, air filter etc, and furthermore, it gives serious effect to high equipment and product in production field.
Operation Principle
1. If do setting time in control board, the signal
2. Send to coil
3. If Plunger starts operation
4. Air forming dynamic pressure is venting to be atmospheric pressure state
5. Condensate of piping inside
6. Internal pressure is lifting diaphragm condensate exhaust. Discharge time and interval can be controlled correctly according to time setting of dip switch.
Existent timer trap is exhausted condensate through Plunger that diameter is small. There are a lot of in case of alien substance attached to Plunger and operation does not work. Heat generates in coil if Plunger does not work by using AC power coil, thereby, life-time of coil becomes short.
In case of do setting time by volume switch, exact time, can not be set.
DRAIN MASTER T - ADVANTAGE
Timer type drain trap applied diaphragm
Outlet is large because condensate is exhausted through diaphragm, and Operation is smooth because alien substance does not rise on inside and life-time is long.
Epoch-marking durability enlargement by DC power coil application of solenoid controlled valve
If AC power coil is not smooth internal operation, burnout by generation of heat.
Convenience of Install of Maintenance
Install is easy because solenoid controlled valve and support for piping connection are detached. Also, disjointing is simple at maintenance.
Semi permanently use by consumer goods exchange
